Kyra Minturn

 Kyra Minturn (born on 19th August 1965) is an American actor from America. Her leading role in TNT's crime drama The Closer as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson is her most famous. Sedgwick won two Emmy Awards in 2010 as well as 2007 for her portrayal Johnson. The seventh season of the series was concluded on August 13, 2012. Sedgwick is also famous for her regular role as Madeline Wuntch on the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Sedgwick was nominated for the Golden Globe award for her performance in Something to Talk About (1995). Sedgwick's other roles include Oliver Stone's Born to the Fourth of July (1989), Cameron Crowe's singles (1992), Heart and Souls(93), Phenomenon (1996), What's cooking (2000) and Secondhand Lions (2003). The Game Plan (2007) and The Possession (2012). Sedgwick was born in New York City, the daughter of Patricia (nee Rosenwald), who was a speech instructor and educational/family therapist , and Henry Dwight Sedgwick V, the venture capitalist. Her mother was Jewish, was of English and Episcopalian origins. Sedgwick declares herself Jewish, and she has claimed that she attends in Passover seders.
